To be fair though, the prices did undercut most high street retailers and the delivery went without a hitch. - Jack W. Review 2 - Posted Nov 2005: As I write this I am still waiting for the sevice dept to answer the phone, some 10 minutes now and counting. Third phone call in two days no response yet or the e-mail. The good's delivered were not just damaged but totally un-usable. To say these guys are cowboys put's John Wayne in a bad light. - Anon Review 3 - Posted Aug 2004: Placed order 15th August, it's now 27th, and still haven't received my goods, despite the website showing 48 hour delivery. Having called them now FIVE times, and been given a different excuse each time, I am losing what little faith I had in them.
