Once the order was placed online, I needed to ask them a question about delivery. After having been put on hold twice for 15 minutes or more (while I was at work!), I eventually got through. The representative was completely disinterested and couldn't find my order. I then emailed them twice and I have still not had a reply. I subsequently cancelled my order and got it online through Comet with no problem at all. They even specify a delivery date and time. Review 3 - Posted Jan 2005: I found the contact details for a director of 247 electrical on and contacted him about the problems I experienced. I have to say that he acted honourably and sorted out the problem. Review 4 - Posted Nov 2004: 18 November 2004. Ordered cooker 30/10/04. Said delivery up to 10 days now offering 2 day delivery. Have sent e-mails querying my purchase but no reply. Funny 192 can't trace their London address. Review 5 - Posted May 2004: I was put off originally by the (in my opinion) 'Bargain Basement' flashy colours. To be fair though, the prices did undercut most high street retailers and the delivery went without a hitch. - Jack W.
