The website says they provide a delivery schedule which they did not. A courier arrived with the fridge while I was out on 19/11. On 22/11 my order is still shown as in progress. I subsequently found it was damaged in 2 places - not evident until it was unpacked. I have sent 2 x emails and 3 faxes and tried calling their VERY EXPENSIVE 0700 number which is either engaged or connects to what purports to be a queue with canned music that goes on forever - at over 7p a minute. My advice - don't touch them with a bargepole. Review 2 - Posted Jan 2005: I found the contact details for a director of 247 electrical on and contacted him about the problems I experienced. I have to say that he acted honourably and sorted out the problem. Review 3 - Posted Nov 2004: 18 November 2004. Ordered cooker 30/10/04. Said delivery up to 10 days now offering 2 day delivery. Have sent e-mails querying my purchase but no reply. Funny 192 can't trace their London address. Review 4 - Posted Aug 2004: Placed order 15th August, it's now 27th, and still haven't received my goods, despite the website showing 48 hour delivery. Having called them now FIVE times, and been given a different excuse each time, I am losing what little faith I had in them. Will see what happens with their lastest "promise" Review 5 - Posted Nov 2005: As I write this I am still waiting for the sevice dept to answer the phone, some 10 minutes now and counting. Third phone call in two days no response yet or the e-mail. The good's delivered were not just damaged but totally un-usable.
