Once the order was placed online, I needed to ask them a question about delivery. After having been put on hold twice for 15 minutes or more (while I was at work!), I eventually got through. The representative was completely disinterested and couldn't find my order. I then emailed them twice and I have still not had a reply. I subsequently cancelled my order and got it online through Comet with no problem at all. They even specify a delivery date and time. Review 2 - Posted May 2004: I was put off originally by the (in my opinion) 'Bargain Basement' flashy colours. To be fair though, the prices did undercut most high street retailers and the delivery went without a hitch. - Jack W. Review 3 - Posted Nov 2004: 18 November 2004. Ordered cooker 30/10/04. Said delivery up to 10 days now offering 2 day delivery. Have sent e-mails querying my purchase but no reply. Funny 192 can't trace their London address. Review 4 - Posted Mar 2006: Cannot understand why people knock this company. Ordered 42" Plasma Tv Saturday afternoon asking for Interest Free Credit. Credit application approved on Tuesday, Tv Despatched Thursday and received by me Monday, just 9 days after placing order. The major chains, (Comet, Currys, Dixons) are out of stock and unable to accept orders for the same model TV. Highly recommended. Would use again. Review 5 - Posted Jan 2005: I found the contact details for a director of 247 electrical on and contacted him about the problems I experienced. I have to say that he acted honourably and sorted out the problem.
