Having called them now FIVE times, and been given a different excuse each time, I am losing what little faith I had in them. Will see what happens with their lastest "promise" Review 2 - Posted Nov 2005: As I write this I am still waiting for the sevice dept to answer the phone, some 10 minutes now and counting. Third phone call in two days no response yet or the e-mail. The good's delivered were not just damaged but totally un-usable. To say these guys are cowboys put's John Wayne in a bad light. - Anon Review 3 - Posted Nov 2004: I ordered a fridge on 16/11. The website says they provide a delivery schedule which they did not. A courier arrived with the fridge while I was out on 19/11. On 22/11 my order is still shown as in progress. I subsequently found it was damaged in 2 places - not evident until it was unpacked. I have sent 2 x emails and 3 faxes and tried calling their VERY EXPENSIVE 0700 number which is either engaged or connects to what purports to be a queue with canned music that goes on forever - at over 7p a minute. My advice - don't touch them with a bargepole. Review 4 - Posted May 2004: I was put off originally by the (in my opinion) 'Bargain Basement' flashy colours. To be fair though, the prices did undercut most high street retailers and the delivery went without a hitch. - Jack W. Review 5 - Posted Mar 2006: Cannot understand why people knock this company. Ordered 42" Plasma Tv Saturday afternoon asking for Interest Free Credit. Credit application approved on Tuesday, Tv Despatched Thursday and received by me Monday, just 9 days after placing order. The major chains, (Comet, Currys, Dixons) are out of stock and unable to accept orders for the same model TV. Highly recommended. Would use again.
