There customer services aren't the best in the world, I'm not sure if they are one of these companies that is outsourcing to India or something because I never get someone who can understand me properly. Review 2 - Posted Nov 2004: I think the captial one late payment charges are a little heavy handed, I send my cheque off in plenty of time - its not my fault they take 10 days to process it! To be fair, CaptialOne are the only ones who would give me a card with me being so young. - Amy K. Review 3 - Posted Aug 2005: Well I have been a member for 4 years, and they will not put my credit up either, don't know why? I always pay on time and over the odds, maybe thats why? Maybe you have to be BAD payers before they increase you credit limit thats the way it seems???
