I always pay on time and over the odds, maybe thats why? Maybe you have to be BAD payers before they increase you credit limit thats the way it seems??? Review 2 - Posted Oct 2004: Have been a member for over a year now and still can't get my credit limit increased. There customer services aren't the best in the world, I'm not sure if they are one of these companies that is outsourcing to India or something because I never get someone who can understand me properly. Review 3 - Posted Nov 2004: I think the captial one late payment charges are a little heavy handed, I send my cheque off in plenty of time - its not my fault they take 10 days to process it! To be fair, CaptialOne are the only ones who would give me a card with me being so young. - Amy K.
