I ordered a book 8 days ago with advertised dispatch within 1-2 working days. It has not yet been sent. Placed an order for a year's subscription to National Geographic in November 2005 and payment was taken. It is now March 2006 and no magazines have been received. Several emails were ignored and I have now finally received an answer stating that a magazine will be received in April - 5 months after payment. We will see.
