Theirs is a specialist landline telecom company, serving customers since 2000. You can join as long as you have a BT landline, email address, and either Direct Debit or a credit/debit card. Although you are their customer, you keep your BT line and number, so that means you pay BT for line rental and repairs to the line.

Everything was fine for a few months until I had a problem and it took 3 days to fix. Then again, BT took 7 days last time I had a problem with them.
