Overview: They make secured loans to homeowners in the United Kingdom. They say that because a loan from them is secured on your home, it's a good idea to think very hard before taking out one of their loans, since your home can be repossessed if you do not keep up the payments. Although they suggest you not borrow all that you can, their selling point is that they will lend you up to 25% more than the value of your home, minus the amount of your first mortgage.. They offer what are commonly called debt consolidation loans. If you pay off your loan early, they will charge early settlement interest. They suggest that you make sure you can afford the loan and decide on the loan amount before you apply.

Then again, I don't know why Sainsburys has Jamie Oliver.
