Overview: They offer cars for hire in the United Kingdom and worldwide. All of their car rentals include unlimited mileage, except Banff/Jasper in Canada and certain other car types worldwide. You are responsible for tolls, garage fees, and congestion charges. You’ll have to check on the policy for fuel when you pick up your car, because your fuel deposit can in some cases be returned to you, as long as you return the car with a full tank. All mandatory insurances, airport surcharges, theft waiver, local taxes and bail bonds where needed are included with your auto rental fee. Airport flight number and arrival time can be given either over the phone or online.

Discovered when I cam back from my holiday that they had charged both cards. They sent the details too late, no car reserved. Had to use another service. No number to contact. Will never use again. Review 2 - Posted Sep 2005: We have had excellent service from holidayautos for many years, until now. We complained on the 28th Aug that we had not had the insurance that we had paid for. They acknowledged quickly promising a reply within 24 hours. We have had nothing since then. - DJMarsay Review 3 - Posted Mar 2004: As far as I can see their prices are quite higher than companies like E------ and B-----C---. They do have the coverage though but I'm sure that most people will be like me and find a company that specialises in the area I'm going to to get the best price.
