Example review already showing for this merchant: - Every time I phoned they would say 'someone will be with you in 20 mins' only to call back 20 mins later and say it'll be another 20 mins. The last straw was when they did this four times while I was stuck on a dual carraigeway and in the end I had to call a friend to come and tow us.
